At Family Church, we know that everyone wants a place to fit in; to belong. We have a number of great ministry programs to get involved in at the church. We believe that the church is a place to form lifelong friendships and bonds with those of like faith. Family Church Jamestown’s children’s ministries allow visitors and existing members to enjoy church service with absolute peace of mind knowing you child is safe, engaged and taken care of from begining to end of service while in childcare.

Enhanced Safety & Security

Extra steps are taken to make sure you and your loved ones feel safe and secure while in church

Security Procedures

Security protocols are in place if anything were to threaten the safety of the church and attendees. Our ushers are trained and up to date on security steps.

Childrens/Youth Ministry Helper Selection
Helper selection is key to staffing our children’s ministries. We choose faithful church members who have expressed interest in these ministries and use an application process to make our selections for helpers. All helpers in children’s ministries undergo a New York State background check as well.
Classroom & Toy Sanitation
Sanitation is top priority not only for the entire church but especially for our children’s ministries. All toys are promptly cleaned after each service. All high touch services are also sanitized after each service ensuring a safe environment for your child.
High-traffic Sanitation
High-traffic sanitation is top priority for our cleaning teams. Following services our cleaning team delivers extra special attention to high traffic areas to completely sanitize. On top of our steps to keep our facility safe and clean we provide a sanitation station. Please use hand sanitizer on your way in and out.
Child Sign-in Procedure
Upon entering the building parents will be encouraged to sign their children in at the reception desk. Parent and child will receive a matching number. If your child has any needs during service the number will be placed on our overhead screen. Only the parent or guardian listed on the sign-in sheet will be able to tend to the children. Once service starts classroom doors are locked and no exit or entrance is allowed other than when tending to the needs of your child.

Family Fellowship

Dates and Times Vary

Family Fellowship is an event for all ages to gather, fellowship and have fun with other brothers and sisters in Christ. Dates and times of Family Fellowship events vary. You can connect with us on Facebook or join our text list to be updated of the next event.

Sunday School

Seasonal

During select times of the year Family Church Jamestown hosts Sunday School classes for ages 3 and up. It is seasonal and not live streamed. When Sunday School is in session it runs from 9:45 to 10:15 a.m.

Family Church Ministry Training School

The Family Churches host a part time bible school only available for family church members. It is designed to train up future leaders and helpers. We want nothing more than to help you grow closer to Jesus, to know Him and serve His church.

Water Baptism

Family Church Jamestown is a non-denominational church located in Jamestown, NY. The church offers water baptism when needed. If you would like to be water baptized just let us know.

What is the Baptism of the Holy Ghost?

If you would like more information on the Baptism of the Holy Ghost there is a great book written by our very own, Pastor Timothy Stahlman. It explains what it is and how to be baptized by the Holy Ghost. The book is called, “Rivers of Living Water” and can be purchased at the church book kiosk or online.
